All County and Associates is a full service Surveying, Civil Engineering and Environmental Permitting Firm.
We serve some fifteen counties in eastern Pennsylvania, including, Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Pike, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Schuylkill and Southern Wayne.
Our Surveying services cover everything from simple boundary surveys through topographic survey and ALTA Surveys, to construction stakeout.
Civil Engineering services cover grading, storm water management, sanitary sewers, water systems, Erosion and Sediment Pollution Control, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permitting.
Under the heading of Environmental Permitting we cover on-site sewage testing and design work as well as wetland investigations, together with all of the permitting processes associated with each. This would include all General Permits, Joint Permits and Species Impact Reviews.
We prefer to keep our clients out of trouble as opposed to getting them out of trouble. Getting a client out of trouble is never any fun! Call us first.
