Businesses of all sizes and types including many crafts, a variety of nonprofit organizations, groups and clubs will be on hand to provide information, activities, raffles and more!

Registration Information
- Each space is 20 feet wide by 9 feet deep
- Electricity is NOT PROVIDED (Depending on your spot assignment, you might be able to negotiate with the adjacent property owner to use their electricity)
- Tents, tables and/or chairs are not provided
- Set up begins at 8:30 A.M. (Please do not start earlier)
- If you participated last year, you might not have the same spot this year.
- Payment must be made at the time of registration.
- Please provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming BMBA as additionally insured for this event.
- You will be notified via email the week before the event providing the exact location of your spot along the event route
- There is a $25 late fee applied to all registrations received after May 24, 2024.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Platinum Level Sponsorship ($750) – Business Hospitality Tent-
The BMBA will create a fully furnished, highly visible, well-appointed hospitality space to advertise your company or organization at a prime location which includes a tent, table, and chairs to provide comfortable accommodations for event attendees
- Set-up and breakdown included
- You are encouraged to provide marketing materials to be available at your space and may also set up to suit your needs
- A custom sign will be created to recognize your sponsorship and promote your business.
- Business name & logo listed in all news releases, on social media and periodic mention on public address the day of the event
Gold Level Sponsorship ($400)
- Special Recognition Sponsorship for supporting the Berks-Mont Business Association.
